The Right to Defend My Life

I really prefer to stay away from the political debate because for the most part... at best, it's ignorant propaganda and at worst, evil deception. But, I want to say a few things on the subject since the discussion doesn't seem to cease.

First, the thing you will never hear in any debate on TV and is the most important issue. The right for a person to defend themselves, their family and their home from harm is a basic human right. Believe it or not, this is one of the most HUMAN rights there is. And the gun is what makes everyone into equals. A 100 pound woman or a 70 year old man is just as effective a deterrent as a able bodied police officer when armed. Just ask a criminal or someone who was shot by them.

Second, the second amendment doesn't give anyone any rights to guns or anything else. The founders recognized that armed defense of one's self and one's property was a individual right given to us by God. The second amendment is written as a list of things the Federal government explicitly is restricted from even touching. This is made very clear in the Preamble to the Bill of Rights which says:

"THE Conventions of a number of the States, having at the time of their adopting the Constitution, expressed a desire, in order to prevent misconstruction or abuse of its powers, that further declaratory and restrictive clauses should be added: And as extending the ground of public confidence in the Government, will best ensure the beneficent ends of its institution." (You won't hear that on TV either... or even at any of the law schools these days...)

Third, the wording of the Second Amendment is simple and very clear. It says:

Modern Medicine "The Horror" Part Four: Cancer is Curable

Yes! The horror continues... Part Four. Cancer. A disease so rare at the turn of the 20th century that doctors would travel across the country to study it...

Sometimes a simple truth is... most people like you only because what you can do for them... it's unfortunate that the medical profession has embraced this like no other.

Somewhere around 572,000 people died of Cancer in 2011 according to the American Cancer Society. A great deal of these deaths were preventable. In other words, the medical system kills the vast majority of Cancer patients. Why? Because it pays. The financial incentives are so lucrative that those in the system who understand choose to look the other way. And for the most part everyone else is ignorant. Cancer is just one more example.

Cancer is a Serious Business

What is good fortune or misfortune? A Chinese tale

I looked all over the web for this story and have found several versions but the version I enjoy and couldn't find anywhere else follows.

Too often we quickly declare a tragedy or triumph when in actuality only time will tell. Life has always been a struggle... and good fortune is quickly followed by misfortune.

"It was the best of times, it was the worst of times, it was the age of wisdom, it was the age of foolishness..."~ Charles Dickens: A Tale of Two Cities

We often get into a hurry far to quickly, inflamed with emotion and our programmed perspectives, we judge. We judge poorly because we don't think and rely on emotion. By acting irrationally, we compromise our principles, we compromise the trust and respect of others and we turn good fortune into bad and miss opportunities to do vice versa.

Thoughts drive Emotions, Emotions drive Actions, Actions drive Results.

If we want better results we've got to use our heads and think. Take the time to expand the space between stimulus and response... and find our freedom, raise our consciousness, and grow as people and as a community. We've been fooled too many times to let this continue. It's time to stop sleep walking and wake up.

"Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom." ~ Victor Frankl

A story that Lao-Tseu, Chinese philosopher and founder of Taoism, was fond of telling (coutesy of Thomas D'Ansembourg in his book "Being Genuine: Stop Being Nice, Start Being Real")

A poor chinaman inspired jealousy among some of the richest people in the land because he owned an extraordinary white horse. Whenever he was offered a fortune for the animal, the old man replied "That horse is much more than an animal for me. He's a friend, I cannot sell him."

One day, the horse disappeared. The neighbors gathering around the empty stable gave voice: "Poor fool. It was obvious someone would steal that beast from you. Why didn't you sell him? Oh, what a calamity!"

Modern Medicine "The Horror" Part Three: Vaccines

It's very easy to just go along to get along and the medical system uses that to be profitable. Vaccines are a perfect example.

Just try to have children and not vaccinate them. Especially for a newborn. You might end up with the police knocking at your door or taking that child... but the abusers are not those that choose not to vaccinate but those who do... unknowingly. Again, most of this has to do with money.

There are a great deal of incentives to just play along with the system, pharmaceutical companies, insurance companies, even the medical people have an incentive to continue... but for the individual or the parent, one really has to do their homework to understand what is really going on.

The following videos will give the viewer much more information than I can impart in a few paragraphs. I know it's an investment in time but isn't your health, the health of  your family and friends worth it? Please give it 20 minutes... if it doesn't make sense... so be it.

Happy New Year! May you live 2013 with your Eyes Open!

Here are five lessons for 2013.

First, the basis for being free is knowledge. Without knowledge, the ignorant are easily fooled.

"If a nation expects to be ignorant and free, in a state of civilization,
it expects what never was and never will be."- Thomas Jefferson

In ancient society the education of a free man was the Seven Arts or the Seven Arts of a Liberal Education (liberal as in "free man"). The first three of those arts is called the Trivium. Grammar, Logic and Rhetoric which used to be the basis for an elementary education prior to public education introduced in the late 19th Century. It rests upon the shoulders of individuals today to rediscover this education and unlearn the illogical nature of a "modern" education.
An easy first step to introducing someone to just how corrupted our society is... is to examine logical fallacies (lies). If one looks, one will find logical fallacies everywhere... "fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me"(Once someone lies to you, they have given you fair warning). Most commercials have numerous fallacies, as well as, tv shows, movies, news, magazines and even how people interact. Once a person starts to realize this they have the basis to understand who to trust and who not to... a very valuable lesson.

Modern Health-care "The Horror!" Part Two: Psychiatry

Yes, "the Horror" continues in Part Two of my series on modern medicine. I hope this will be a resource you can refer to, as well as referring friends to, to get a different perspective and start the process of opening minds to the reality of what our society has become... and from that realization, a new beginning. I want to thank you for taking the time to get to this point and encourage you to take the time to view the material, I believe it will be invaluable to you and those around you.

John 8:32 "And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free."

Unfortunately, this is probably one of the worst but I'll leave the final judgement to you. Psychiatry is little more than a quack science that has been able to disguise itself as medicine. No, not every psychiatrist is bad, I will be referring you to a few good ones in the videos below... but for an average patient, looking for genuine help, their chances of finding a psychiatrist that won't take advantage of them aren't very good.

Psychiatry's history starts off bad and only gets worse. The "science" originates with the promoters of scientific racism and justifying horrific treatment of "inferior races", the unfortunate disabled, deformed and finally those who are considered odd. Psychiatry has been a participant in the continued development, tragic consequences and presence of Eugenics up to our current day. It has also been a willing partner in the growth of drugging a large portion of the population with pharmaceuticals, turning it into a trillion dollar business. And along the way it has probably maimed, killed and destroyed the lives of tens of millions with misdiagnosis, mistreatment and radical monstrous treatments. And that's really only the beginning.

A Crack Dealer on every Corner: The Modern Food Supply

If there was a crack dealer on every corner in America... you'd probably have some real reservations about the future. Unfortunately, we do have crack dealers on every corner... they're called "fast food" and "chain" restaurants and grocery stores. The food being sold appears to be food but actually has a much different purpose than most might even consider. Like crack, it's made to give the eater a euphoric sensation that will train them to return for more. Nutrition is not necessarily a concern. As people's diets rely more and more on this prepared and packaged food... it's likely malnutrition is soon to follow. It's a new form of starvation.
Starvation has been a political weapon for many centuries... this is just the latest twist. People think they're eating food... but it's only an addictive food substitute that leads to premature death and disease.
The following videos will certainly give you the basics of my argument.

Modern Health-care "The Horror!": Part One: What if HIV/AIDS didn't exist?

For those who recall the ending of the movie "Apocalypse Now", Marlon Brando as Col. Walter E. Kurtz mutters his last words "The horror, the horror". At the time the movie was described as a commentary on modern warfare and American interventionism. The movie was based on Joseph Conrad's "The Heart of Darkness" which main character dies with the same utterance. The book was described as a commentary on British colonialism in Africa and a peak into the darkness of the human psyche. The horror is the enlightenment to the truth... I would expand that horror to include what has become our modern "Health-care" system.

This is a series and my first example of the horror is the AIDS epidemic.

What if, the leadership at CDC, fearing that it would be shut down due to a lack of necessity created the HIV/AIDS "disease" to keep the bureaucracy going, to guarantee job security for it's staff and use fear to extract billions?

It might sound like a irrational and surprising question, but it may be very close to the truth. A government agency that is patterned after the defense department (Another agency that has spent a great deal of money combating threats that they aiding in creating) may have taken up the banner of government. "If there isn't a problem, create one!"

I don't expect anyone to take my word for it, I have compiled a few long videos to review in regard to the HIV/AIDS "disease", I believe it will become very clear that this "epidemic" was a propaganda bonanza for bureaucrats... there is some very solid evidence that there was no AIDS disease. Pharmaceutical companies as well as many others profited from the proliferation of the fear. The deaths resulted from misdiagnosis, the treatments themselves and even the system actually purposefully killing people to further the fear and drum up more money. The horror indeed!

Prepare yourself, the truth isn't always readily apparent, but then sometimes it exists right under our noses but we refuse to look at it probably because of the horror. The following videos may take four or so hours to view... and probably a few days or weeks to reflect upon... but I think it's worth it to realize the Truth. It's not pretty.

John 8:32 "And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free."

My "Christmas"* gift to you

At one time, as a child, Christmas* was a magical ideal. But not something that was already there... it was an idea that was put there. As I've grown up I have come to realize it is the epitome of everything that is wrong with our society and it's perception of reality. Christmas appears to reward kindness and caring but in reality it rewards weakness and ignorance of emotion over logic.

You might suggest that I'm just a grinch, but that is also part of the programming... any decent from the mass illusion is quickly given a category to be dismissed into. Please read on... remember, there is a gift!

1 Corinthians 13:11 "When I was a child, I spake as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish things."

It is this attachment to being a child that has proliferated in our society and those who would take advantage of children have promoted it and made sure it engulfed everything. Christmas appeals to the childish emotions and is contrary to what logical adults would accept. When one becomes an adult, one takes on responsibility and thereupon is the rewarded with liberty and independence.

It's no surprise that although this is the season described as "Season of Joy", and "Peace and Goodwill to all Men"... it is also the highest time of depression, breakups, suicide and divorce. This is a indicator of the illusion's detachment from reality. And the absence of the delivery of what it supposedly promises.

In regard to joy and happiness, studies have been done on the differences between Extrinsic goals and Intrinsic goals. Extrinsic being all the things most people are commonly sold (and I'm not just talking about advertising) as "happiness". These things rarely live up to the billing... from cars, houses and trinkets to ideals like government, the "American Dream", and "national defense". This things are not just sold in a marketplace but ingrained in the minds of citizens from the very beginning in stories, movies and music and continues to schooling, college and the work environment as adults. However, it's the intrinsic goals that deliver the most genuine happiness. The most common intrinsic goals are self-improvement, developing wholesome relationships and being a contributor to the betterment of others.

Most Americans are familiar with the phrase Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness. These are really all about the same things but differentiated in time. Past, Present, and Future. It's an appeal and a promise to adults... not children. That through the practice of responsibility freedom and prosperity result. Children can be easily led away from liberty and into the morass of bondage... simply because they have no idea what is the difference.

Children are capable of happiness in the worst of circumstances... but that's no excuse for accepting the worst as a necessity.

Happiness is much bigger than immediate gratification... it's something that comes from using the gifts one has been given, to better themselves to the point they can help others do the same. There is no promise to it... it just is. Like the truth, with logic, it reveals itself and is it's own reward in knowing.

My gift to you, friends and family, is that if you seek real happiness. I am here for you. To help you find it, attain it, and deliver it to others. If you're unsure of the beauty within you or the gifts you have been given, I will be available to help you find them. Whatever time it takes, if I have it to give, it is yours.

Best Wishes.

Michael

*A clarification on "Christmas". When I say Christmas, I am not referring to the birth of Christ, just the "Holiday" and the commercialized traditions that have grown up around it. I am not condemning the gathering of family, the idea of good will toward our neighbors or Peace on Earth. Honestly I would like to promote more of that. But as Jesus says in the Bible. "...the truth shall make you free." (John 8:32) If you would like to know more about the origins of Christmas check out this explanation from an observant Christian. You can contrast that view with this version of Christmas Within You. Whether one follows the Christian faith or not, the truth is revealing.

"Ain't nobody got time for dat!!!"

I just love creativity... especially when it's funny!

And this tune just makes me laugh and laugh and laugh!
