Five point plan to reinvigorate the economy overnight

The simple bottom line is success isn't that difficult when all the hoops and pitfalls that government represents are removed. Liberty brings prosperity. If we really wanted to get out from under the disaster that has befallen the United States... and the world for that matter, is to simply get rid of the giant leach that has been sucking our life blood dry.

1. Institute JFK's plan to print money through the Treasury. Executive Order 11110. If there is no gold or silver left in Ft. Knox, the money will be backed by all US government land. Shut down or nationalize the Federal Reserve. Fractional Banking (counterfeiting) is declared illegal. "The privilege of creating and issuing money is not only the supreme prerogative of government, but it is the government’s greatest creative opportunity. The financing of all public enterprise, and the conduct of the treasury will become matters of practical administration. Money will cease to be master and will then become servant of humanity." ~Abraham Lincoln (I don't think he was right but it would be a great interim measure)

2. Shut down the majority of the Federal government (IRS, DOE, DHS, CIA, etc..) All Federal employees get a 9 month severance check tax free. All related federal regulations are assigned to the individual states who can either adopt them or let them fade away into history. (The states that let them fade away will recover quicker)

3. Recall all troops based on foreign territory, shut down all foreign bases. National Guard units will be returned to state governors control. The Pentagon will be split into two. The Department of Defense and the Department of War. We want the Warmongers out in the open. Deactivate the Army and return to the idea of a Militia as practiced in Switzerland. (A standing Army is unconstitutional.)

4. Shut down the majority of the Federal Court system and replace the title "Judge" with "Senior Courtroom Administrator". Emphasize the right of the jury to not only judge the facts but also the law. Encourage the institution of "Loser Pays" in all American civil courts. (Once again the original Constitution provides us with the answers reading the 6th and 7th Amendment would be a great start)

5. 28th Amendment- The idea of Sovereign Immunity is illegal. Any public official who knowingly defrauds or harms the public will be prosecuted and be subject to damages, corporations are not people and the maximum life of any corporate charter is 20 years. The simpliiest way to solve problems is make people accountable for their actions. These are some of the most egregious examples that have to be reigned in.

“I see in the near future a crisis approaching that unnerves me and causes me to tremble for the safety of my country. . . . corporations have been enthroned and an era of corruption in high places will follow, and the money power of the country will endeavor to prolong its reign by working upon the prejudices of the people until all wealth is aggregated in a few hands and the Republic is destroyed.”~ Abraham Lincoln (Abe certainly made some mistakes but he was correct on this)

The fact that the size of the Federal government would be dramatically reduced would spur all kinds of entrepreneurial endeavors. Manufacturing would spring up all over since it would be dramatically more efficient without government interference and with a revised trust in justice.

I know, it's a pipe dream at this point... and that's only because people don't know any better. It's going to have to get allot worse before most people will pay attention. We need to be educating as many as we can... and then encouraging them to spread the message. This is viable if people understand... this is freedom and what turned this country into a gold mine.

Spread the love to the uniformed...

"Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do." Luke 23:34

I suppose to many...
It's easy to see the guy with the gun as the bad guy. But for those of us with guns that may not be so clear.
And to some...
It's easy to see the person in the uniform as the bad guy. They represent the force of the state to obey ...or else.

I used to be one of those that wore the uniform. And I can tell you, I knew those who held the guns and those that wore the uniform and it's not always so clear. To this day I consider nearly all of those I served with to be my brothers in an experience that fewer and fewer have the courage, patience and discipline to confront. And it is courage, patience and discipline that these individuals display when they present themselves to this system to be, potentially, ground up into nothing. So I would suggest people take the time give them the benefit of the doubt or at least try to understand. After all... they do have guns.

Just like the people we find around us, people have many reasons for doing what they do. And as we look around we can see many stupid things going on. Obviously, there's some ignorance. In a great deal of cases there's a great deal.

Update: Our interview on V-Radio (Why we need the military...)on October 5th 2011 (2 hrs)

Listen to internet radio with V RADIO on Blog Talk Radio

A rather unique experience happened to me recently when my mother presented me with a box of letters I had written while a young man in the US Army. Reading through them... I saw the naive ignorance that a 17-20 year old has... but I was also encourage by the fact that I wasn't completely oblivious to everything. I noticed the tyranny and the ignorance... I just couldn't explain it.

The Celebration in Blood: 100 Years of the Federal Reserve

January 13, 2013 was a day that will live in infamy.

Just two weeks short of the swearing in a new President. A tragedy occurred, an attack from a new unknown group. The death toll was easily in the hundreds of millions with a certainty that several billion will be dead soon from starvation, untreated injuries, poisoning and exposure due to the destruction of a large part of the infrastructure and the contamination of the food and fresh water supply. Martial Law declared, after many of the standing governments were destroyed... the 'Continuity of Government Plan' was put into action. The Dark Side, the secret government, took control and the domination of the world by men unknown to many of it's inhabitants began.

It seems this has occurred before, all throughout history we have lessons of power corrupting and absolute power corrupting absolutely. Ending with a thirst for blood becoming so great, nothing else mattered. The Mayans, the Romans, the Mongols and many others stand as testimony to mankind's weakness to be deceived.

The lesson to be learned from this massive man made disaster is a lesson never to be forgotten again. Although this lesson had been taught before... and even the President-elect had warned. The unregulated power of fiat currency, the printing of money from nothing, was the greatest source of corruption and destructive force ever contemplated by man. Abe Lincoln, in his Monetary Policy declaration of 1865, had envisioned using the power of money and credit creation for the good of all people... but that power, although sold as good, was put into the hands, not of the people, but a private group who utilized it to conquer the world for themselves.

With the power to create money and issue unlimited credit almost any ideal can be turned on it's head. And with an undying allegiance to money "The Almighty Dollar" of the masses, this method was only enhanced. This ultimate power was easily demonstrated... mother's easily rationalized killing their child because of this allegiance. After all, it seemed for the best. With that kind of power, it's easy to see how the best and the brightest, unaware of the real nature of paper money, can be led to any conclusion. Logic can certainly be twisted with the peppering of printed money into the hands of the 'professional'. Those who represent justice can certainly be convinced that injustice is a necessity. Those who claim to be there to help the sick, diseased and dying will rationalize poisoning their patients if it's "lucrative". Even people themselves, will harm themselves because it feels good, tastes good, is cool and it puts a few more dollars in their pocket.

Fiat money is the ultimate destroyer of civilization... something even the atom bomb pales in comparison to... the greatest weapon of mass destruction.

January 13, 2013 was a disastrous day brought on by man's own hand... but it wasn't the end.

My plea to my fellowman: It's not about voting, or winning, or control, it's about waking up to the knowledge and giving up on ignorance.

Smart Meters... They're Watching You!

Not to alarm anyone but this is some pretty scary information.

No one has mentioned this to me before but the smart meters are going up all over.

Something to have a discussion over with your neighbors.

Openmindedness

I am skeptical about a great deal of things. Even those things accepted as the way things are.

Like the Ptolemaic System that seemed to explain the earth being the center of our solar system... it seemed to work... but it was wrong. I am willing to continue to learn.

There will always be a great deal to learn.

Money isn't everything... it may not even be happiness...

Two stories caught my attention this week... other than my previous blog. But both have a great deal to do with the direction in my life... away from money and toward something much more meaningful. Now, one does not pursue "happiness", "happiness" can't be a goal either... but happiness can be the result of many different activities, purposes or passions... just to name a few.

My first article points to a study conducted in New Zealand. Researchers studied the results of money vs. individualism and found people who are more autonomous... are generally much more happy than those who had money.

Money Can't Buy Happiness

The second is about where we derive most of our pleasure from...

The Pleasure of Imagination

"... the technologies of the imagination provide stimulation of a sort that is impossible to get in the real world. A novel can span birth to death and can show you how the person behaves in situations that you could never otherwise observe. In reality you can never truly know what a person is thinking; in a story, the writer can tell you."

My bottomline is finding purpose and enjoyment in everyday, every hour, every minute... if at all possible.

A Father's Day gift to All

This video speaks for itself. Ignorance is not bliss but what is used to keep people in the boxes they are assigned to. It's time to break out of these boxes and this one just might just do it for most. Because, if your boss were to come up to you... and offer to double your pay if you simply did an activity... more than likely most would certainly jump at the chance. This is what this video might just offer for you. Watch... pay attention... and learn. And bust out of the box you've been assigned to.

I don't love guns... I keep them because they are necessary...

"Weapons are the tools of violence;
all decent men detest them.
Weapons are the tools of fear;
...a decent man will avoid them
except in the direst necessity
and, if compelled, will use them
only with the utmost restraint. Peace is his highest value.
If the peace has been shattered,
how can he be content? His enemies are not demons,
but human beings like himself.
He doesn't wish them personal harm.
Nor does he rejoice in victory.
How could he rejoice in victory
and delight in the slaughter of men? He enters a battle gravely,
with sorrow and with great compassion,
as if he were attending a funeral."

Americans are so Stupid

How stupid are they?  Very!

I dislike having to point this out but someone has got to tell the American people their fly is down. It's become so obvious that the average American can be led by the nose to anything... and fleeced over and over again with such ease that Lennie Small, the mentally challenged character from Steinbeck's novel "Of Mice and Men", looks like a genius next to them.

Just put an "expert" in front of them, let's call them "Expert D" and half of the voting populace will be convinced of the necessity. Combine that with a second "expert", "Expert R", that asks for a sliver less, and the other half of the populace will immediately go to arguing with those who favors Expert D's advice. This may go on for several months until a compromise is "hammered out"... and then everyone is congratulated for the compromise. For those at the top it's like taking candy from a baby. Needless to say, success breeds imitation and over the years, every industry and every field of expertise has become much wealthier going to the politicians at the capital and putting on this theater... than figuring out a better way is looked down upon.

The problem is... this has gone on for 100 years... and the giant vault of money that represented the economic wealth of the American economy is practically empty. The final scraps now are being fought over fiercely. But that is a fool's game and the fools are out in numbers!. Anyone willing to step back and look at the system will realize that the system is so unusable that it's foolish to use it for anything. Like a fire hose that has so many holes in it that no matter how big the fire truck pump... and how massive the water supply... only drops come out the nozzle at the fire.

Concision

Concision (Wikipedia) is a form of censorship described by media critics such as Noam Chomsky as the practice of limiting debate and discussion of important topics on broadcast news on the basis of broadcast time allotment.
Media critics contend that this practice, especially on commercial broadcasts with advertising, encourages broadcasters to exclude people and ideas that they judge cannot conform to the time limits of a particular program. This leads to a limited number of "the usual suspects" who will say expected ideas that will not require extensive explanation such as mainstream political ones. Furthermore, introducing controversial or unexpected statements that do not conform to those conventional ideas are discouraged as time inefficient because the person will be required to explain and support them in detail.

Ringing the Liberty Bell!

I just happen to notice more than a few stories recently about "Domestic Terrorists" being apprehended lately. I've got two examples but these stories are not unique. I've seen others just like it from Pennsylvania, to Maine, to Texas. These two come from Atlanta, Georgia and Fairbanks, Alaska.

The news media calls them the "Sovereign Citizen Movement" and of course they don't even attempt to get the other side of the story. It's just a crazy band of anti-government types that don't think they have to live by any rules.
Five Arrested in Plot to Kill Judge and State Troopers Fairbanks Alaska

FBI: Sovereign Citizens on the Rise Atlanta Georgia

And here's a few more... Colombus Ohio

Indianapolis Indiana

Sarasota Florida and Alabama

But the story that caught my attention was the one in Fairbanks. Because I also was given a video of the gentleman's presentation to a group in Montana. And it's quite a speech!

Afghanistan... another lost decade

The following video is a rather excruciating example of why the mission to Afghanistan is a failure in it's stated goal. It's deadly, dangerous, and very demanding for all those who participate but most want to have meaning behind what they do... and for the soldiers and the Afganies... what are they risking their lives for?

Nothing.

For those who profit from the government's actions... this is certainly a success. So why should they stop?

I think the second part really delivers the message.

The New Journalism and why it's so important to Ron Paul

I have noticed something. And be sure to let me know if I'm wrong...

It was highlighted to me in 2008. See the next video for an explanation. I think it does an exceptional job of explaining how the media is manipulated to get the results the money interests want.

People are familiar with the controversy surrounding the various scandals that Wikileaks have exposed. Some say Wikileaks could be a new web based version of journalism. But is this the extent of the a new face of journalism? To me it's pretty obvious the main stream media is nothing more than paid propaganda... and I've also noticed there is indeed a great deal of news coming from places like twitter, facebook and YouTube. However, I do believe there is much more potential still left to be realized in the field of independent journalism. A new journalism.

Sovereign Immunity

Let's start with some fun...What is this word "Sovereign" Mr. President?

Not withstanding the boobs we call politicians intelligence, there's something important that I would consider a scam as large as the current monetary system and the Federal Reserve. It's something that is as old as the Divine Right of Kings. Something called Sovereign Immunity. The King can do no wrong!

In the United States, the Federal, State, and Local governments claim Sovereign Immunity and the people who represent the government bodies shield themselves from criminal prosecution or liability with it as well. It is the cornerstone of modern government and I would contend, without it, we might actually have a government accountable to the people.

Get rid of the the concept and people won't be very willing to grow government. In fact, government may not be that appealing at all. When people have to be responsible for their actions, they'll just be happy to represent themselves.

The Education System and the Academic Mercenary... those degrees aren't so shiny anymore!

I wanted to do an in depth discussion on the dramatic down turn our education system has taken over the past 40-50 years. But while doing some research and again, the fine people I bump into posting on some of my favorite places, I've found that I really am no match for the expertise they provide. So on this one I'm just going to point to three sources that really blow me away.

The first is School Sucks Podcast. It's taken me several months to digest all his podcasts but I can say I've really learned a great deal! Our school systems really do more damage than good to our children's potential. And Brett does a wonderful job of pointing out not only the failures but the possibilities. I would caution people their are some very free thinking views expressed but the good news is, you know what he says is genuinely from his heart. If you have children in school I would suggest that you at least check out the first five podcasts. It's an excellent introduction to why school does suck today.

The second is a report on the college system. The dramatic rise in costs to go to school. And the huge burden of debt that most college graduates now have to wrestle with as they start their careers. And unfortunately, that "education" doesn't always lead them to the promised land they desired. Unfortunately, our government got involved and it's been another example of what disasters our government can create. And when debt is involved, you know how politicians love that.

Non-Violent Communication: A new old language

I was recently introduced to this from a podcast I've been following for a few months called School Sucks Podcast. Investigating further led me to another liberty advocate podcast called Complete Liberty. After listening to the podcasts, watching the numerous hours of videos on Youtube and acquiring several books on the subject I am convinced this is a very valuable method that can really translate into resolving things that we would have otherwise called impossible.

Marshall Rosenberg is the man behind the method. The following is an interview with him.

What makes this so eye opening to me is the experience I had in trying to get the message of Liberty out to my family, friends, neighbors and associates. The resistance was amazing and as I talked to other fellow liberty lovers, comparing our "war stories", it was certainly a common problem.  Needless to say, the message was powerful but the message was caged by the barriers of our communication methods (the one's we're all taught in school and the media) and little did I know how much I was contributing to the disconnect.

“The Gun is Civilization”

Adam Kokesh ended his radio show last night with this essay.

“The Gun is Civilization”

by Maj. L. Caudill USMC (Ret)

Human beings only have two ways to deal with one another: reason and force. If you want me to do something for you, you have a choice of either convincing me via argument, or make me do your bidding under threat of force. Every human interaction falls into one of those two categories, without exception. Reason or force, that's it, nothing else.

In a truly moral and civilized society, people exclusively interact through persuasion. Force has no place as a valid method of social interaction and the only thing that
Removes force from the menu is the personal firearm, as paradoxical as it may sound to some.

When I carry a gun, you cannot deal with me by force. You have to use reason and try to persuade me, because I have a way to negate your threat or employment of force.

The gun is the only personal weapon that puts a 90-pound woman on equal footing with a 230-pound mugger, a 75-year old retiree on equal footing with a 19-year old gang banger, and a single guy on equal footing with a carload of drunken guys with baseball bats. The gun removes the disparity in physical strength, size, or numbers between a potential attacker and a defender.

World War III: Financial Collapse: Blueprint for Conquest

This is the information every single person needs to understand. It is indeed an involved blog, it's taken me quite some time to collect all this into one spot (the final piece I found thanks to someone, see the credits below) but I am convinced it's a resource people can use to educate themselves as well as others on the method being used against all people. To digest all the content is probably about a five hour commitment.

So, I've broken this into three parts which I hope will also be helpful. The first is the long story. Three documentaries describing in detail how the central banks work at waging a economic war against a nation or a government. The second is some time savers. Three short examples that even children could understand. We do need the kids on our side! These could also be great conversation starters. Finally, the third part is some decentralized non-governmental solutions to rebuild communities.

For those of us in the United States, this may all sound rather far off, after all, these are third world countries. Well, it's happening here in the US too. The corruption of politicians and the amassing of public and private debt has grown greater in the United States than anywhere else. We are one of the last and biggest targets. In addition, the fact that the United States has four tiers of government means they can pillage people as they corrupt one sector or another. Whether that be cities and municipalities, counties, states and of course, our federal government.

Part One: The Story of how Economic War is waged.

These documentaries are quite revealing of the method the financial aristocracy use to take down countries. Take heed,  this has happen and continues to happen all over the world with most of the countries. If you look to Europe's latest problems, modern countries like Iceland, Greece, Ireland, the United Kingdom, and even the United States. This pattern can be superimposed right over what has happen all over. This is the new method of destruction. Not only destruction of the will of the people but the environment, the resources and the structure of society.

I would suggest is this IS World War III but it is not like the first two, fought with soldiers, tanks and fighter planes. It's an economic War with it's weapons of mass destruction being debt, corruption and secrecy. The results are the same... domination and control. Certainly people die. But it's not from bullets and bombs... it's starvation, crime, suicide, disease and lack of proper medical attention.

How much do we really pay in taxes?

If people really took the time... (I hope you will indulge me with yours)... to take the time to figure it out, they might just realize how much time is devoted to the multiple levels of government they pay for with their time and effort. Have you ever heard of the "Four Hour Work Week"? That may be how much of all our time that we spend actually working for ourselves. The other 36+ is for our best buddy... Uncle Sam.

This isn't as easy as just looking at one's pay stub. There is a myriad of taxes from things like sales tax, usage taxes, property taxes and fees, to things much harder to quantify like rules and regulations that  require individuals as well as businesses and entrepreneurs to expend time and capital to meet these requirements. In addition, there's things like insurance, bonds and even certificates. All these costs directly and indirectly impact the amount of money an individual has that they can actually spend on themselves.

I have looked through various websites to find the data to include such things as embedded taxes in the cost of products and services. The following example from CATO is very interesting but it doesn't address the embedded costs in the actual price of the a particular product So for example, if a person buys a $10,000 car in California, the additional taxes will amount to $10,186 for a total of $20,186 (this is prior to 2009). But how much has rules and regulations, government paper work, taxes, fees, bureaucratic red tape, insurance and legal liability cost to bring the price to the initial asking price of $10,000? If the car is made in the United States that percentage of the total is certainly going to be higher. What's the answer? I'm not sure... I'm working on it.

Cato Institute study

This second site gives a pretty good idea of the long list of taxes a person is faced with. It doesn't address the embedded taxes question either but it does try to give us, on average, an idea of how much of our time we spend working for the government. They even mention "inflation" but I'm not so sure they've got the true scope of what inflation takes. In any case in 2005 the average working stiff spent 54.4% of their time. They estimated it was 57.7% in 2009 and obviously rising. Just think... you'd only have to work two days a week if it wasn't for the government! Hey that's 16 hours of the week all for ourselves... but wait... there's more!

2011 is going to be to America... What 1989 was to the Soviet Union.

A choice between tyranny or freedom. The former Soviets chose freedom. They could have just as easily went the other way and started World War III... but the writing was so clearly on the wall... they didn't... and the world became a much different place. The Soviet Empire crumbled with little fanfare... and people across the entire world went about their way trying to make their lives better with a little less to worry about.

For the United States, we now have the same choice, only our tyranny is a little different. We do have similarities. A gigantic state run defense industry out of control, trying to prop up unsustainable levels of spending. We're engaged in Wars... one in Afghanistan, no less. Our national currency is teetering on a massive tumble and the rest of the world is about at it's wits ends with our government's shenanigans. But the tyranny we have to throw off is not 72 years of Communism. It's 97 years of the Federal Reserve.

"It is well enough that people of the nation do not understand our banking and monetary system, for if they did, I believe there would be a revolution before tomorrow morning." ~Henry Ford

"I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies. If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their currency, first by inflation, then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around them will deprive the people of all property until their children wake-up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered. The issuing power should be taken from the banks and restored to the people, to whom it properly belongs." ~Thomas Jefferson

People are so gullible...

But that's what they've been trained to be.

Would anybody go to work if their boss didn't have anything to give them in exchange for their time?

In reality that's the truth... the ones at the top want to give up anything of value... so they've convinced people to believe what is imaginary is valuable. And as the level of how ridiculous this is has grown, the ridiculous nature of the exchange has only increased exponentially.

And so today, I'm going to try and explain the web of lies and deceit that make up our existence as I've come to understand it. Why things that have real value... like food, trust, respect, kindness, personal security, etc.. continue to be corrupted with more and more questionable quality while things that have no value are elevated higher and higher.

I don't want to see the day people are eating their own shit... and happily paying through the nose for it. That may very well be where we are headed... if not there already.

People have been fooled. And as one rises in this perceived structure of success, the only truth that can be told is... the one's that are held high as "success stories" are only bigger fools. Which is certainly not something people would like to admit.

Now let's start with a flaw. We all have this flaw but few recognize it. This is the basis for education, medicine, law, money... etc. to condition people to be obedient to accept whatever the authorities say is true as truth.
